OUR SERVICES.
You and your circumstances are unique, and so is the service that we offer. We work alongside, and in collaboration with existing charities in the community, as well as your GP and NHS services where relevant.
OUR SERVICES.
We offer a clinically safe, therapeutically informed case-coordination model designed to support individuals and families throughout their mental health journey. Our approach is grounded in working alongside existing services, ensuring that support is joined-up, practical, and responsive to each person’s needs. We are committed to bridging gaps through culturally sensitive practice and maximising the support already available through strong, coordinated case management. While we do not currently offer therapy, all our support is therapeutically informed and delivered within a structured, clinically guided framework. Our role is to complement existing services rather than replace them, ensuring that individuals and families receive consistent, meaningful support alongside any ongoing clinical, therapeutic, or community input they may already be accessing.
TRIAGE:
After submitting a referral form, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a triage call. This allows us to better understand your circumstances and determine whether Imadi is the right fit. If your needs meet our criteria, you will be invited to attend an in-person assessment with one of our clinicians.
Assessment:
This one-hour assessment provides an opportunity to explore your challenges in greater depth and for you to ask any questions about our support. Following this, you will be matched with a dedicated support worker who will manage your case and provide ongoing practical and/or emotional support.
Support Package:
Your support worker will meet with you weekly for a one-hour session. These sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs—whether that means talking through difficulties, working towards personal goals, or attending relevant appointments together. With your consent, your support worker may also liaise with other professionals involved in your care, helping to coordinate support and advocate on your behalf. They are your consistent point of contact; someone to support, guide, and champion you throughout your journey.
Imadi operates under the guidance of Rabbi SF Zimmerman and Dayan E. Zobin and is endorsed by local Rabbonim.
